Hi!

The releases 1705 & 1708 are making ClrMamePro go beaserk because of a char that my char code don't recognise.
1705 - Disney’s Lilo & Stitch 2 - Hamsterveil Havoc (U)(Venom)
1708 - That’s So Raven (U)(Rising Sun)

Every time that I scan the collection with ClrMamePro it tells me to rename the roms inside the zip when they are right named, can you fix it?
Perhaps put the char ' insted.

yeah its ’ ascii 146, not ' ascii 39 which is the usual '
146 is single quote...
