So, your rom won't work or the graphics are messed up.
Before asking for help on the forum, or asking flubba to fix pocketnes it's a very good idea to make sure that the rom you got is a good one.
The most common reason for glitches is actually bad roms, there's a LOT of bad nes roms around on the www .
The easiest way to make sure your rom is good, use PocketNES Menu Maker, from http://www.pocketnes.org/downloads.html
If the rom is marked [bad] or [ovr] (overdumped) it's bad. If it's marked [unk] (unknown) it's probably bad unless it's very rare.
If you got a bad rom please find a good one and try that before asking for further help.
By doing this you will save flubba and the rest of the pocketnes community a lot of time trying to fix something only you can fix yourself by getting a good rom.

More info can be found here:

Rom verifying with GoodNES:

And some more info from flubba:

Just a little info regarding names of roms in GoodNES.

All games that are named (hm02)/(hm04)/(hmXX) are hacks of the original games, _DON'T_ use these if you can find the real ones.
Also all (b1),(h1) are _BAD_ or _HACKED_ roms, might work, or not.
Though all games are not correctly named, eg "Big Foot (U)(b4)" is actually a correct dump but an alternative one.
