| Valis III (J) works great a little glitchy at first but you can get in game. |

Ranma 3 (Ranma ½ Datou, Ganso Musabetsu Kakutou-Ryuu!, CD-ROM2/Super CD-ROM2 compatible) seems to work great, and speed is very good.
Great work Flubba! |

"porting over"?
I don't do ports I do emulators. Just tested Neo-Nectaris and it works allright, screen is too wide (320) but speed is very good.
The only problem is you need a EZIII flashcard (or maybe a SuperCard, but noone can tell me if the SC version works or not). _________________ 0x5AB07A6E |

| Is that Neo-Nectaris, or Nectaris? All I could find was Nectaris - and it does work on the supercard. |

Neo-Nectaris is a Super CD-Rom game and thus requires extra RAM, I think some people find it better then the original Nectaris. _________________ 0x5AB07A6E |

| I've googled it with no luck. I can't find Dracula X either. But aside from that, I haven't had any problems with any other PCE games on the supercard. |

Have you tried any CD-Rom games at all? Have you tried any Super CD-ROM games on the new PCEAdvance SC version? _________________ 0x5AB07A6E |

I just picked up a copy of Dracula X. I'll try it tonight and tell you how it goes. Is that supercard version specific to CF or SD? Or either version will work?
-edit- Having problems tracking down a cd-system rom so it'll take little while.
-edit 2- Put the super CD system rom and gradius 2 into the builder, did the copy /b pcebuild+Track02.iso draculaX.gba and put it on my supercard and I got a purple screen. Though if I held down the L and R buttons the menu came up all right.
Thinking maybe this version reads directly from the supercard I put the .pce files in the root of the SD card. Still got a purple screen.
Remembering that homebrew often needs patched with the supercard software, I tried that with the same results.
Feeling frustrated I decided to download the non-supercard version to see if I could get that working with the gradius rom at least. I tried everything I mentioned above with this version with the same result each time (I didn't bother adding the ISO file to the non-supercard version. I was just trying to get gradius to work)
So now I'm feeling pretty stupid because I know I should at least be able to play at least the standard version... but whenever and however I load it, I can get the menu with L+R, but no rom menu. _________________ Retired Snes9x Tech Support Mod/Guru

I think you must patch it as the SC doesn't handle 3:1 waitstates in the ROM area, make sure you have a correct splashscreen/none at all, test it out in VBA first. _________________ 0x5AB07A6E |

Same problem with VBA. I'm getting a blank screen so I'm obviously doing something wrong somewhere. I'll try messing around some more in a little bit. _________________ Retired Snes9x Tech Support Mod/Guru

Are you using the "encrypted" US bios? Or just US games? You need to check the tick box in the builder for those. _________________ 0x5AB07A6E |

japanese CD-rom system and japanese gradius. Is it normal for encrypted roms to not even show up in the menu?
I tried running gradius in the version of PCE advance built into the supercard firmware (says "Powered by PCEAdvance, PCEAdvance V7.3 on NDS") _________________ Retired Snes9x Tech Support Mod/Guru
