I think they're still considered to be Flubba's mappers, I just did a few of the Mapper 4 pirate variants.
But I still did rewrite Mapper 4 (MMC3), didn't I... _________________ Here come the fortune cookies! Here come the fortune cookies!

| Ok then i guess i should say updated mappers to latest pocketnes version. Funny of you to mention it though cuz that is the last thing i need to add in is map 4 and change the nes to the proper way to render from the middle i believe. its just im kinda giving up felt like someone might get something from this as to now dragon warrior 1-4 and final 1-3 are playable considered to before. ill Probably add in your last bit of code, i need to add in clean it up a bit before i release the source. |

| i could add it in just not sure if it is worth it. have you tried the mapper version i kinda would like to know what is working broken i know final fantasy 2 still has a bit of the jumpyness since the fix requires quite a rewrite to the cpu and map4. |

i posted news on this at gbatemp. i'm sure there will be bug reports soon. the problem is they are all having issues with filetrip (the new download center) so that discussion has taken over the topic. i'll do some of my own bug testing this weekend and let you know.
cheers,

| I really should not on;y add in the mappers but rewrite/update some of the cpu core to make those games that dont work more compatable. All i really did was add in the mappers for the hell of it some changes are needed for it all to function like the finalized releases. Anyways it should be just as compatable as the original version. |

If you do update this, can you make it optional to control the menu via the dpad and buttons? I'd rather have a button to pause the action and enter the menu than have to touch things personally. Kind of what was done in S8DS. _________________ I may not eat meat, but I have no "beef" with those who do. |

http://filetrip.net/f4103-NesDS-MOD-121507.html
| Code: |
a mod of the original source which maps some of the touch screen only controls to dpad+button combinations.
The L/R keys have been disabled by default. You can re-enable them using the touch screen menu. (I always accidentally nudge these.)
The rom loader defaults to 'ROMS' instead of the root directory.
To change this behavior:
1. Extract nesDS.exe, nesDS.nds, and nesDSns.nds.
2. Run nesDS.exe and enter a default rom directory.
This will patch the default rom directory for both of the nds files. nesDS.nds has the shoulder buttons enabled by default and nesDSns.nds does not.
A few additional hot keys have been added:
Load State - Select+Up
Save State - Select+Down
Save SRAM - Select+Left
Reset NES - Start+Select (back to selection screen)

I checked the new map version it doesn't fix to much im still learning asm (which is really hard) so ive got the parts i need to add in for updates like the duck tales fix, tmnt 2 fix and the whole map 4 fix for games like final fantasy 2 and the ninja gaiden's that dont work. I've singled out these updates.
Bear with me as I really want to finish that seeing im learning when i get experianced enough hopefully these fixes will be a bit more simple to add in as i would like to finish this emulator and maybe even a twitch blend mod to stop wobblies like those noticable in Super Mario 3 and vertical scrolling still. The Hscale version just basically adds in code to darken the screen during horizontal scrolling.
The Vscale version makes it easier on the eyes as it stops carrings dead scalled lines so you barely see them but you have to use no blend mode (every other mode sucks) and i would suggest my ips pack for text that is readable. |

Good luck man!
I could help with testing if you need. Unfortunately I can't help with anything else.
And speaking of which, I noticed that in Bomberman 1 and Bomberman 2 the sound of the bomb explosion is not played. |

| If nibbles, if you get a chance, can you please patch this version of nesds http://filetrip.net/f4103-NesDS-MOD-121507.html its a modded version that had hotkeys to let you save, load, and return to the rom list using the d-pad in combination with select. |
