Hi!
I’m talking again about this issue because it was never totally resolved.
It’s about ClrMame Pro. It still isn’t able to extract the Dat file from the zip that you create. On the first time that this issue was broth up you said that it was fixed but it wasn’t, at list for me. Also I’ve been forgetting to post the error that I found so here it is.
Here is a pic that I took from Windows Explorer of my PC that shows the error.
Has you can see it says that there are 2 files in the zip, the file ‘/’ and the file ‘PocketHeaven_GBA_Release_List_Roms(1749)[CM].dat’. I think that’s why ClrMame can’t extract the file.
But if that isn’t the problem then I think that the problem has to be with ClrMame.
Can you fix it to see if that is the problem?
Thanks for the time… _________________ Nothing like a good game... |

first question:
if you have been unable to open the file all this time how come you have had other comments on the dat?
second:
if you stop using winzip that'll fix it. winrar is all good. even windows xps built in unzip can handle it.
edit: ok after testing winzip 9 works fine too. didn't we already go through this last time? just upgrade...
third:
yes, the zips aren't completely 100% standard compliant but it's beyond my abilities right now to fix it. (i didn't write teh zip code myself, i used a script i found). _________________ releases.pocketheaven.com

Please calm down...
All that I'm saying is that ClrMame can't extrat it directly and perhaps the reason why, I'm not blaming you for it!
I can extract it with WinZip/WinRar thats why I was able to post comments...
Sorry if I offended you that wasn't my intention... _________________ Nothing like a good game... |
