12 jan 2010, 11:07 I could download patches. Today any I can not already download. What to do? Patches for games "Kirby's Tilt ' n ' Tumble (U)" ("GBC") and "Yoshi - Topsy-Turvy (U)" ("GBA") that it was possible not to emulate them are necessary to me, but also to pass. Also I search for all other patches, but not bug-fix

I think you're asking for a hack to allow button controls for the game, but correct me if I'm wrong. Unfortunately, nobody has developed such a patch. The only way to play it on hardware is with a retail cartridge.

These are 100 % not Motion Sensor Fix, and it is simple Fix. In the name it is specified that it Fix. I put it, but Kirby does not go. I press "A", and at Kirby steel eyes as from dizziness |

In other words - I do not do the patches - or even log them - that job is Bubbz. Maybe it is worth asking him about them?

Hehe, I think that should be past tense. The site hasn't been updated in like 4 years now, and I haven't seen bubbz around in forever. 
Basically it's just around as an archive.
