After testing a few HuCards on NitroGrafx, I'm ready to test some CD isos, but how do I get them to work? I've tried, for example, selecting the system card 3 bios, then load just one small iso track, but nothing seems to happen, not even a blank screen. Is there something special I must do?

Go to Options/Machine/BiosSettings and select the bios to use first, then go to File/Load CDROM and select game.

After experimentation, I found that the US version of the system 3 bios works best. So far, I've tried Splash Lake, Valis II, and Sylphia with no problems. That makes two US games and one Japanese one.

I plan to post a good listing of games that work/don't work (and their specific issues) by tomorrow evening, both HuCard and CD/SCD/ACD.

It is so exciting to see these games, especially the CDs, on the DS!
Thanks again, Flubba! Very Happy

I am not a big fan of Castlevania, but I know many like it, so I checked Dracula X. The intro works except for a few graphical glitches near the end, and I can't seem to skip it. I can navigate the name entry screen and start a game, but I cannot bypass the next cinematic. The cinematic itself hangs about 3/4 the way through it, so as of yet I cannot play the actual game. However, this is still great progress, and the intro looks REALLY good on the small screen.

NitroGrafx runs at great speed, both for HuCards and CDs. Excellent work for just the first release!

Look for my posting tomorrow evening for a more comprehensive list of HuCards and CDs.

Unfortunately, this is not an emulation issue, the game actually is designed this way. However, you can skip it once you have a save file.

edit: missed a word, making one hell of a sentence fragment.

Don't know what has happened to Dracula X... it worked a couple of revisions ago. I have it fixed for the next version.
