Well there'll be no more updates for a little while...
Seems my ISP cut me off for "DISTRO'D MICROSOFT SOURCE CODE" (quoth the form letter) so I'll be working on getting that resolved. Also, I don't know what other games it would be worth finding values for. Feel free to post suggestions. _________________ She said 'I'll make him smile because he needs it;

ouch on the isp, good luck with that.
Mario & Wario might benefit from sprite following, it's kinda glitchy, but still playable, but with static screen the characters sometimes almost fall out of the screen. _________________ releases.pocketheaven.com

When using these numbers for sprite following in Dracula X (U), the screen jumps slightly as he walks.. is this normal?
Thanks! _________________ -Mike |

ISP problems resolved (claimed ignorance), values for Mario & Wario found & posted. Dracula X values make the screen jump? Damn, I'll check that out.
EDIT: I don't know what you're talking about... moves a little as Richter climbs stairs, but not really noticeable walking.... _________________ She said 'I'll make him smile because he needs it;

If you over do the numbers yes the screen jumps. Use 30 : 10 and it works great. Someone suggested 30 : 15 and I have not tried that. Good luck.
I am interested in if anyone got Zombies Ate My Neighbors working. I see it in the latest DAT file, but the numbers are all zeros so I'm confused. None of the 5 ROM versions work so I'm all ears if anyone can get it running. One of the best games for SNES in my opinion (yes Castlevania series are also good). |

Actually, I followed the numbers to what I'd thought was "the letter"...
I found out what I was doing wrong, though... not knowing exactly where to put the first 0x7e0496 value (since it says "address" and not specifically "sprite/mem", though I am in no way blaming anybody but me) and seeing a similar default pattern (0x0000) in the "advanced settings" space and just a 0 in the sprite/memory space, I thought it should be put in "advanced settings".. that's where my problem was.
I put the 0x7e0496 value in (with the "mem" tab clicked which I believe is default) the space for sprite/mem, and it works fine now.
So for anybody as easily confused as I am, be sure to put that first (address) value in the sprite/mem box.
Just in case anybody else had that trouble.
And again, I'm not blaming anybody but me, and I hope it doesn't sound like that. My bad, sorry about the confusion! _________________ -Mike |

Regarding the offset and scale%, those values don't need to be at exactly what I post, as I'm just telling you what looked decent to me. _________________ She said 'I'll make him smile because he needs it;

What you have listed looks great to me, very playable! And I wanted to say that I really appreciate the work that went into that, it helps a lot.
Thanks again! _________________ -Mike |

Thanks for the praise.. I'm going to try and find some speed hacks sometime this week (studies come first and all that - midterms are getting dangerously close) _________________ She said 'I'll make him smile because he needs it;

Anyone know of a SNES emulator with a memory viewer (vboy advance style, preferably)? Such a thing would greatly simplify the process of finding sprite addresses.
I tried to find a speed hack for Dracula X, thinking that if I found one that matched loopy's I would know I was doing it right, but no luck. It gave me a bitch of a headache; I'll try again sometime (this weekend?). _________________ She said 'I'll make him smile because he needs it;
