Capital [1] was a Handheld scene group from the GBC era, they released a total of 90 ROMs and 138 Trainers, Cracks and Patches during that time. They weren't that active in the GBA Scene, where they only released a few games and trainers in April 2001. They were the first to add oldschool scene intros to their releases [2], which caused a big uproar in the ROM collecting scene, who wanted to have "clean" dumps for verification purposes. After a lot arguing CPL decided to include a patch called "Iamlame.ips" with each "intro'd" release, which removes their intro.
