PH isn't part of the warez release scene per se; it just describes the scene. If actions of the scene are verifiably illegal, then of course the wiki should call it illegal. But I don't know much about that; I'm just here for the homebrew. --Tepples 16:02, 6 November 2006 (CST)

Given that the FBI has been investigating the scene on several occasions and brought criminal charges I think the word "illegal" is warranted in this case. --Titney 18:32, 6 November 2006 (CST)
